We are looking to recruit a Human Resources Adviser in a standalone role providing professional advice and support. This is an exciting opportunity allowing you to utilise your full HR remit, working closely with the Directors and Managers of the business. This is a broadly generalist role providing an efficient and effective up to date HR service requiring a competent Adviser with key skills in the areas of effective relationship building and communication at all levels.
The ideal candidate will be focused on best practice and continuous improvement within HR and strive to achieve high standards of service to both internal and external customers alike. For the HR Advisor / Generalist role you will need to have good interpersonal skills with confidence to liaise with people at all levels, excellent organisation/time management skills and proactive customer service focus. The successful candidate for the HR Advisor / Generalist role will need generalist and recruitment experience with attention to detail.
Key areas of responsibility HR Advisor/Generalist are:
- As the HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the provision of professional advice, guidance, coaching and training on all HR matters to Directors, line managers and staff, ensuring HR best practice.
