Paul Buxton - Production Manager
Paul Buxton started at CDL in 1980 as an apprentice plater on the shop floor, where he has now worked his way up through various job roles to position of Production Manager.
CDL looks to take on apprentices’ every 2-3 years, with an emphasis on personal growth and development opportunities. There are no barriers as to where you can rise to within CDL.
We have a diverse range of people who work together in order to attain customer satisfaction.
Apprentices’ in the past have now moved their way from the shop floor to drawing offices, production offices and the design department. (including the Managing Director and Operation Director).
At CDL we actively have apprentices' working on our current projects. |
